Since 2003, Gina Spagnola has served as president of The Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce, overseeing nearly 900 businesses and promoting its mission of business and community development. Under her leadership, the Chamber has become the foremost business organization in the Texas Gulf Coast region, celebrating its 170th anniversary this year as Texas' first chamber. Gina's initiatives include founding Galveston's Celebrating Women: Mind Body Spirit Conference and establishing the education committee, which led to the creation of Lemonade Day Galveston County. Recognized for her contributions, Gina has received numerous honors, including the 2012 Christie Mitchell Beachcomber Award and the 2014 "National City Director of the Year" title from the National Lemonade Day Conference. Active in community service, she serves on various boards and committees, and she's been appointed to national roles like the National Business Recovery Corps. and as a faculty member for the Institute for Organization Management.
