JENNA ARMSTRONG, IOM

Chair-Elect

Jenna Armstrong is the CEO of Partnership Lake Houston. In 2021 she will serve as Incoming Chair of TCCE. Her 16 year Chamber career began at the Lufkin/Angelina County Chamber in 2003. She graduated from the U.S. Chamber’s Midwest Institute of Organization Management in 2011. She currently serves on the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Board of Regents for Midwest Institute and the Humble ISD Education Foundation.

In 2014 and 2019 she was awarded the “Distinguished Service Award” by the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE). In 2015 and in 2018, the Lake Houston Area Chamber was one of three finalists for Association of Chamber of Commerce Executive’s Chamber of the Year for North America. In 2020 she was appointed by the Texas Water Development Board to represent Small Business on the San Jacinto Regional Flood Planning Group which is charged with creating a regional and first-ever statewide flood plan for Texas.


In 2019 she was named a “Woman of Achievement” in the area of Business from FamilyTime Lake Houston, a “Pillar of the Community” by Humble Area Assistance Ministries and honored as a “Top 40 Under 40” by the Houston Business Journal. Armstrong holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Stephen F. Austin State University. She lives in Atascocita with her two children.
