Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE) is committed to strengthening the chamber profession across the state by ensuring that access to high-quality professional development is not limited by a chamber’s budget size.

TCCE scholarships are designed to support chamber professionals who are seeking to grow in their roles but may face financial barriers to attending essential training and educational programs. By offering scholarships, TCCE helps level the playing field—ensuring that small and mid-sized chambers, rural communities, and chambers with limited financial capacity have the same opportunities as larger, well-resourced organizations.

When chamber leaders are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and networks, their communities benefit. TCCE scholarships are an investment not only in individual professionals, but in the long-term strength, effectiveness, and sustainability of chambers of commerce throughout Texas.

Why TCCE Offers Scholarships

TCCE believes that:

  • Strong chambers create strong local economies.
  • Professional development should be accessible to chambers of all sizes.
  • Geographic location or budget constraints should not prevent a chamber professional from receiving high-quality training.

Scholarships help remove financial obstacles so that more chamber professionals can participate in programs that build leadership skills, improve operations, strengthen governance, and enhance member value.

Scholarship Application Process

The TCCE Scholarship Chair and committee will review all applications and select recipients based on demonstrated need, professional benefit, and available funding. Applications must be completed and submitted by the posted deadlines in order to be considered.

TCCE will offer scholarships for the following professional development programs in 2026:

  1. 2026 TCCE Annual Conference – Abilene, TX
  2. Chamber Basics Workshop (August) – Bastrop, TX
  3. TCCE Chair’s Conference – TBD

2026 TCCE Annual Conference Scholarship

The TCCE Annual Conference is the premier professional development event for chamber professionals in Texas. The conference brings together chamber executives, staff, and partners from across the state for:

  • High-impact keynote speakers
  • Practical breakout sessions
  • Peer-to-peer learning and networking
  • Timely discussions on issues impacting chambers and local economies

The 2026 conference will take place June 15–17, 2026, in Abilene, Texas.
